1. Who Can Refer
To take part in the Program, you must be a current Cohabs member with an active lease. Each member may refer up to 10 people during the Program period.
2. Who Can Be Referred
The Program is open to new applicants who submit their application on or after March 17, 2026. Current or former Cohabs members are not eligible. Each person can only be referred once.
3. How to Refer
Use the referral form provided in the referral email you received. No other referral form is valid. You will receive a confirmation from the Cohabs team once the form has been submitted.
4. How the Reward Works
Once your referred friend moves in and completes 3 full months of their lease (90 days from their move-in date), Cohabs will contact you to arrange your gift card. If your friend leaves before completing 3 months, the reward will not be issued.
5. Gift Card
The gift card will be sent to your registered email address. Cohabs reserves the right to discretionarily decline requests for gift cards from providers it considers inappropriate. No cash alternative is available.
6. General
6.1. Program Validity
This Program is valid until June 30, 2026, midnight CET. Referrals submitted after that date will not be eligible.
6.2. Modifications
Cohabs reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Program at any time.
6.4. Fair Use
Any attempt to game the referral system will result in disqualification. Cohabs reserves the right to pursue any legal action necessary to protect its rights and interests.
6.5. Personal Data
By participating in the Program, you agree that Cohabs may process your referral data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
