This is Marolles 1; a cozy little house that can only be described as one of the coolest places in Brussels.
The neighborhood is full of things to do, from art exhibitions in the Porte-de-Halle (Halle Gate), the medieval southern entrance to the city… to watching Belgium win the world cup (we can dream) in a transformed fire station…now a trendy bar, Pin Pon. This part of Brussels is teeming with cafés and restaurants. Famous landmarks like the Palais de Justice dominate the area and lend it its charm. But this is no tourist trap, the markets and friendly atmosphere will make you feel right at home.
Well-connected by both metro and tram, Marolles 1 boasts a generous living-kitchen-dining area, and a small working space for those mornings when you’re not in the office. There’s a gym in the basement to keep you fit after too many nights out. And, you can unwind with your housemates in the living room, kick back and complete Netflix (included), or just people-watch from the window. Marolles 1 is a hidden gem in an exciting part of the old city.
