The 20th Arrondissement sits on Paris’ northwest and once formed the outskirts of the city.
The narrow winding streets and occasional cottages give a small-town feel but be in no doubt, you’re still in Paris.
Gambetta 11 is 1 minute from the Gambetta metro station and bus connections but there’s everything you need on your doorstep! Bars, restaurants, shops, theaters, supermarkets, all within walking distance.
Take a stroll through the park, or down to the Père Lachaise Cemetery, to have a (probably one-sided) chat with Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde, or even Jim Morrison!
We’ve taken a beautiful house, found space for a cinema, a gym, and a laundry room. We’ve only put in 11 bedrooms (5 with private bathrooms), so you’ll get to know everyone in no time! But here’s the fun part, we’ve added one floor to the building, with a huge open kitchen and living space, and a roof terrace! Perfect for summer brunch or after-work beers with your housemates!
This is what living in Paris with Cohabs looks like.

“I was skeptical at first because it was my first time in a house share. The great thing about Cohabs is that the houses are really designed to help us connect between members. On top of that, each place comes with a wide range of free benefits such as a housekeeper, Spotify & Netflix.”

“Our house feels like a home away from home. They make an effort to create a cozy, social and environmentally responsible living environment where you can relax with your housemates after work, hang out with friends or simply enjoy the privacy of your own space.”

“I was looking for a friendly, lively and enjoyable living experience in Brussels. So happy I found the right mix of jovial flatmates in a fully equipped and trendy house located near great spots in Ixelles!”

“ I got a job in Belgium and I was looking for a place to live in Brussels. I got in touch with Laure and from then onwards it was one of the smoothest processes. It's pretty much the perfect place for anyone coming to live in a country for the first time, you reach the house and you have 15 friends that become family. Each house is really well designed, especially Louise 88 being the best of them! I would highly recommend everyone to live and join the Cohabs community. Cheers!”
