Passage du Nord 19

This gorgeous house is one of our smaller homes with 10 rooms and a lovely cozy feeling thanks to the layout and warm beige and brown tones. The goal of this house was to maximize the existing walls and the fantastic texture and color we discovered under the paint and wallpaper.

Schuman 58 is slightly smaller than the usual Cohabs house, (it’s still got ten rooms!) and this creates an even more intimate and homey ambiance. With this goal in mind, we reused several wooden beams that were recovered at the construction site. Decorating the dining room walls with them adds warmth, dimension, and depth to a space that was made for sharing meals and unwinding after a long day.

We’re constantly trying new things and improving with each house. For Schuman 58, we tested a few new things to help make our homes even more sustainable such as a built-in sink that recovers and saves water, and a new kind of recycled plastic that will play a large part in a future house.

The house sits in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance of both the iconic Parc du Cinquantenaire and the lovely Square Ambiorix. If you’re looking for a pleasant afternoon, you can meander around the Quartier des Squares or meet a housemate at one of the numerous cozy cafes that line the neighborhood.

Schuman 58

Considered our coziest house, Schuman 58 sits in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance of both the iconic Parc du Cinquantenaire and the lovely Square Ambiorix. If you’re looking for a pleasant afternoon, you can meander around the Quartier des Squares or meet a housemate at one of the numerous cozy cafes that line the neighborhood. With 10 rooms, this 320 sqm house is the perfect match for any young professional looking for a fun home & a vibrant community.

The first thing you see when stepping into this house are the beautiful marble steps that lead up to a main staircase made of wood and adorned with wrought iron balusters. The house was built all the way back in 1889, and the existing structure was preserved as much as possible because it is part of what gives this house its unique character. We also preserved considerable woodwork because it contributes to the unique character of the place. The upcycled, vintage, and newly-acquired pieces of furniture intermingled with splashes of color create a cozy atmosphere.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but you don’t feel distant, as you can reach everything by walking or public transport. A park with a lovely view of the nearby fountain can be found at the end of the street, and if you walk a bit further, you will find yourself in Square Ambiorix, which is just seconds away from the famous European Quarter. If you’re ready to walk a bit, Brussels Park and Gare Centrale are around 30 minutes away. So if you want to rewind and get some rest, while still having easy access to all the fun, this is the place to be!

Ambiorix 37

One of the most fun homes, Cohabs Ambiorix is located in the European District, next to Square Ambiorix and close to the European Commission. With 20 rooms, it’s the perfect match for any young professional looking for a cozy space in a modern house with 670s sqm and a tight-knit community.

Large rooms, high ceilings and contemporary furniture, no doubt, you're in our Royal 23 house. Wanna go for a run, have a picnic or just be surrounded by greenery? You're in the right place, as this house is located next to the beautiful Royal Park. 

If you're looking for a central place for your upcoming life in Brussels, this is even better. The Grand Place, Saint-Géry, and Dansaert neighborhoods are at a ten-minute walk from here. It doesn't get more lively than the city center! Finally, you'll also be sharing the yard with your neighbors from our Royal 24 house, how cool is that?

Cohabs Royal 23 is located in the Palais Royal quarter, on the well-known rue Royale and close to the lovely Brussels Park. With 21 rooms, this 650-sqm house would be perfect for any young professional looking for a tight-knit community.

With 16 rooms, this house is one of our biggest to date. And you know what they say: the more the merrier! Our Royal 24 house is located right by the Royal Park and the hyper-center of Brussels, which also means that you'll be extra close to the action. 

And for the coffee lovers reading this, you'll be at a three-minute walk from My Little Cup, one of the best coffee and breakfast places in town. The cherry on the cake, you'll be sharing the yard with your neighbors from our Royal 23 house! The more the merrier!

Royal 24

Cohabs Royal 24 is located in the Royal quarter, on the well-known rue Royale and close to the lovely Brussels Park. With 16 rooms, this 500-sqm house would be perfect for any young professional looking for very well-designed accommodation & a tight-knit community.

This is Marolles 1, a cozy little house that can only be described as one of the coolest places in Brussels.

The neighborhood is full of things to do, from art exhibitions in the Porte-de-Halle (Halle Gate), the medieval southern entrance to the city… to watching Belgium win the world cup (we can dream) in a transformed fire station…now a trendy bar, Pin Pon. This part of Brussels is teeming with cafés and restaurants. Famous landmarks like the Palais de Justice dominate the area and lend it its charm. But this is no tourist trap, the markets and friendly atmosphere will make you feel right at home.

Well-connected by both metro and tram, Marolles 1 boasts a generous living-kitchen-dining area, and a gym in the basement to keep you fit after too many nights out. And, you can unwind with your housemates in the living room, kick back and complete Netflix (included), or just people-watch from the window. Marolles 1 is a hidden gem in an exciting part of the old city.

Definitely one of our coziest houses, Cohabs Marolles 1, is located in the center of Brussels, right next to the Parvis de Saint-Gilles and the famous Place Poelaert. With 9 rooms, this 250-sqm house is the perfect match for any young professional looking for a warm house & a vibrant community.

Don’t let the cozy atmosphere and warm ambiance fool you; this home is an impressive space with majestically high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

We retained the classic molding on the ceiling and at the base of the bright and lively living room, adding a touch of color and youth to the gorgeous space.

It leads into a spacious open kitchen and continues into a dining room complete with a banquet-style table that is perfect for a nice dinner or as a coworking space.

An incredible bay window faces the magnificent garden with ample space for barbecues and a relaxed drink after work. There’s a gym in the basement where you can get your sweat on, or relax and chill with your housemates in the cinema room.

Considered our coziest house, Saint-Gery 61 is located in the city center, next to Halles Saint-Gery. With 19 rooms, this 672 sqm house is the perfect place to build a vibrant community with other young professionals in the heart of Brussels.
