  Youri has an extensive career focused heavily on building businesses from the ground up. He has founded and sold two IT companies. He’s a passionate advocate for innovation, impact, and change.

• Laure Bommart

  Chief Operating Officer

  After some time at Redbull, Laure started at Cohabs 6 years ago as its first employee to build the Customer Experience team. Laure is the owner of Tess, a lovely Cocker Spaniel (and the office's chief serotonin officer), and has an impressive sneaker addiction.

• François Samyn

  Chief Strategy Officer

  A versatile and curious professional with a strong background in strategy consulting at Deloitte, François built the Finance and Legal departments, drove all fundraisings, and now leads global growth and strategy. He’ll be happy to tell you where the name “Cohabs” comes from.

• Malik Dauber

  Managing Director, Europe.

  After a Master's at Polytechnic, Malik started out as a technical engineer at Besix in Africa before starting his own tech company. Known as the Swiss knife of Cohabs, he's spent time building and supporting almost every team. He spend his free time taking care of his three children and dislikes fingerprints on screens.

• Bérénice Obala

  Chief Investment Officer

  After graduating from HEC and a few years as a Senior Investment Analyst at Ivanhoé Cambridge, Bérénice fell in love with the Cohabs product, the job, and above all, the interactions with various teams and helping drive the company's growth. A food lover, she’s always looking for the newest place to try out and has wonderful recommendations if you ask nicely!

• Thomas Leuci

  Managing Director, Europe.

  After his master’s degree at Vatel, Tom worked as an Expansion Manager in Europe for Onefinestay and Le Collectionist. He joined Cohabs in 2020 to launch the Parisian market and now manages a global team of customer-oriented people across 4 cities. A big rugby fan and player, Tom is from the south of France, a region he cherishes and where he would love to see Cohabs opening soon!

• Dan Clark

  Managing Director, U.S.

  Our first City Manager hired outside of Brussels, Dan launched New York City and now leads our American expansion efforts. Dan has had a dynamic career across New York and Buenos Aires. Before joining Cohabs, he worked closely on the US expansion of several premium property management groups such as One Fine Stay. He’s passionate about ensuring our members instantly feel at home when they enter a Cohabs house.

• Martin Kisielewicz

  Chief Development Officer

  Martin comes from a strong architecture and project management background, with 15 years of experience leading projects from renovation to new construction. He ensures Cohabs' physical spaces provide the best experience for members while keeping on track with the company's ambitious growth.

• Remi Guerin

  Chief Technology Officer

  Fascinated by software engineering, Remi has spent over 10 years honing his craft at organizations such as CGI and LVMH. He joined Cohabs in 2022, where he has infused his unconditional love for technology into the heart of the company Wine nerd, proud father of one and eternal optimist, he is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed
