Jourdan 3

This pleasant home is not massive, but is quite cozy. Jourdan 11 is a homey space, simple and efficient. A unique aspect of this house is the recovered stained glass windows that we reused to decorate the walls above the shelves in the kitchen and also in the coworking room. There’s a really lovely garden perfect for summer evenings and some drinks with your housemates. 
Nestled into one of the nicest areas in Brussels, Place Jourdan and its famous Maison Antoine (don’t miss out on the fries!) draw locals and visitors alike.
And the best part? Most of the bars on Place Jourdan allow you to eat the fries on their terrace, as long as you order a drink to go with them. Looking to go a bit further? Tram, bus, and subway stations are close by to get you where you need to go!

Jourdan 11

Cohabs Jourdan 11 is located in Etterbeek, near the famous Jourdan place where you can taste amazing Belgium fries. With 14 rooms, this 439-sqm-house is a great fit for any young professional looking for a tight-knit community in a spacious, beautiful home.

Montgomery 42 sits just behind Parc du Cinquantenaire with its famous arch, and commanding view over the city.

This house is a treasure trove of fun spaces, hiding a cinema room and gym. The first floor houses the kitchen, living room, and dining room as well as a mixing bar and the balcony which overlooks the courtyard (plenty of room for after-work drinks!). This house is naturally charming, but the art collective Les Boulettes even helped us turn our waste paper into stunning artwork!

Walk down the garden to the coach-house to use the coworking space bathed in natural light or set up in one of the local cafés for your morning emails.

It couldn’t be easier to get around town, with the Metro and tram just 1 block away (2 stops to Shuman and the European Commission, 4 stops to VUB Campus). You can rub shoulders with EU functionaries at Parc Cinquantenaire, and may even see an ambassador on your way to the shops.

The neighborhood is packed full of options for dinner, but if you don’t fancy going out, why not have a barbecue with your housemates or organize a (Netflix-included) movie night at home?

Montgomery 42

Considered as one of our most comfy houses, Cohabs Montgomery 42 is located in Etterbeek, next to Avenue Tervueren and Parc du Cinquantenaire. With 14 rooms, it’s the perfect fit for any young professional looking for a very cozy home & a vibrant community.

Here’s a treat for you, welcome to Germoir 86. The 12 bedrooms in this house bathe in natural light, and some even have private bathrooms!

The kitchen straddles the living room and dining room, meaning that you won’t have to look far to find your housemates, unless they’re tucked away in the Cinema room, or working out in the house’s private gym. There are some funky additions too, like the light box in the dining room, that we’re sure you’ll love!

Location-wise, Germoir 86 is within easy reach of both the university quarter and the European Institutions; just a 20-minute walk from the European Parliament (or one stop on the train, for those rainy days) and the tram pulls up just outside the house too!

The neighbourhood has a few tasty delights for you to sample like Ô Banh Mi across the road, or My Tannour just a couple of minutes away. You’ll be in Place Flagey faster than you can say “Café Belga”, but if you don’t feel like really going out you can just pop outside into the house’s own private garden space and toast the weekend with your housemates!

Germoir 86

Cohabs Germoir 86 is located in Etterbeek, next to the famous Place Jourdan and the Parc Léopold. With 12 rooms, this 350-sqm house would be perfect for any young professional looking for very design accommodation & a tight-knit community.

The house is located in Etterbeek, next to the new beautifully renovated Place Jourdan. On the opposite street corner, you'll find a lovely pizza place. But if you walk a bit further, you'll find Place Jourdan and its famous Maison Antoine, known amongst the locals as one of the best places to eat french fries. 

Even better, most of the bars on Place Jourdan allow you to eat the fries on their terrace, as long as you order a cold brew as well. Not in the mood for a walk? Tram, bus, and subway stations close by will take you all over the city!

Jourdan 20

An international house, Cohabs Jourdan 20 is located in Etterbeek, next to the famous Place Jourdan and Parc Léopold. With 17 rooms, this 600-sqm house is the perfect fit for any young professional looking for a very modern and well-designed house with a tight-knit community.

Cinquantenaire 90 is a lovely little place to live.

Its bright rooms and warm ambiance give it an almost cottage-like atmosphere. The common areas include the garden (big enough for some after-work barbecues), a spacious living room, a dining room with space for everyone (and some guests), and a cozy cinema room where you can tuck yourself away with popcorn and Netflix (don’t worry, it’s on us)! 

This house sits in a calmer part of the city, just a couple of streets from the eponymous Parc du Cinquantenaire. Go there for your morning run, or to rub shoulders with EU functionaries on their lunch break! You’ll get around town easily as the tram stops just one block away (Georges Henri), or catch the Metro at Montgomery. Wander up to Parc Georges Henri and treat yourself to a baked delight at Tartes Francoise, or pick up some organic food at Farm, just a stone’s throw from the house!

Considered one of our most joyful houses, Cohabs Cinquantenaire is located in Woluwe Saint-Lambert, next to the well-known Parc du Cinquantenaire and close to the European District. With its 11 rooms, this 300-sqm house is the perfect place for any dynamic young professional looking for a tight-knit community.
