Luxembourg 180 is a beautiful Brussels mansion that boasts 18 rooms with a ton of unique spaces and absolutely stunning details. Our main goal with this project was to maximize as many existing features as possible to tell the full story of the house and preserve the former features. We kept many of the existing fireplaces for added coziness, as well as the original moldings on many of the ceilings, walls, and staircases. There’s a gorgeous skylight over the dining area which welcomes a ton of natural light during the day. In addition to the cinema room, gym, and coworking space, there’s a lovely outdoor terrace complete with twinkling lights and plenty of space for a barbecue or just hanging out after the workday.

Located in the heart of Ixelles, Parc du Viaduc is right around the corner and the Museum of Natural Sciences is just over a 5-minute walk away. Luxembourg 180 is conveniently close to many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and all sorts of nifty stores perfect for exploring with new housemates!

Luxembourg 180

Considered our coziest house, Luxembourg 180 is located in Ixelles, next to the Parliament. With 18 rooms, this 559-sqm house is the perfect match for any young professional looking for a welcoming house with a vibrant community.

Couronne 404 has a ton to offer while being located in one of the best neighborhoods Brussels has to offer.

The style of the house is clean and the existing walls were kept. Touches of paint were added to refresh the look with gray and beige tones to give softness to the space.

The house was a tad complicated because of the separation of the floors. Nevertheless, it has several friendly and cozy spaces where all the members can hang out together. Each floor consists of several bedrooms and a comfy common space. There are two kitchens and two dining rooms to ensure everyone has enough space to cook, chat, and enjoy a meal all together. The large basement has a gym that’s divided into a yoga area and a cardio area that also has access to the garden which is perfect for enjoying a summer barbecue.

The home is ideally located smack in the heart of Ixelles, and the beautiful Bois de la Cambre park is a stone’s throw away, as are a whole ton of tasty restaurants and trendy cafés. There are quite a few Cohabs houses nearby, so don’t be afraid to swing by and say hello!

Considered one of our coziest houses, Couronne 404 is located in Ixelles close to the ULB and VUB. With 15 rooms, this 530-sqm house is the perfect match for any young professional looking for a spacious house & a vibrant community.

If you had your heart set on living at La Cambre 122, don’t worry! The sister house, La Cambre 124, is just as nice! This house features a large garden and cinema room.

With just 8 bedrooms, it’s really cozy place to live! And what’s more, the bedrooms have been decorated by local artists @ellenpiot and @cinquiemeatelier, so each room is a unique piece of art!

Southern Ixelles is cradled between the university district and Bois de la Cambre park, so you’ve got the perfect place for your morning run (or lazing around in the summer sun). The tram stops just across the road, so no excuse for being late for work (but you can also use the coworking space, located in the house).

Did we mention the whole neighborhood is teaming with places to go out? There are loads of bars, restaurants, and culture, just outside your door!

La Cambre 124

Considered one of our liveliest houses, Cohabs La Cambre 122 is located in Ixelles, right next to Bois de la Cambre. With 8 rooms, this 350-sqm house is the perfect match for any young professional looking for a comfy house & a vibrant community.

Hop off the tram at Roffiaen and you’ll be looking at La Cambre 140. It’s a short walk from the train station at Etterbeek, then it takes 3 mins to get to Place du Luxembourg (and the European Parliament). Both the ULB and VUB university campuses are within walking distance.

The house itself is bright and airy, with a cozy living room, co-working space, indoor gym, and cinema room (Netflix is on us).

The long garden is the perfect place for a summer barbecue after a day spent sitting by the lake at the Bois de la Cambre park, just a 10-minute walk away. Movie-lovers are in for a treat, as the house is just around the corner from the Ixelles Kinograph.

La Cambre 140 has just 13 bedrooms, but you can still pop next door to La Cambre 138 to make some new friends!

A lively and animated home, Cohabs La Cambre 140 is located in Ixelles, right next to Bois de la Cambre. With 13 rooms, this 450-sqm house is the perfect match for any young professional looking for a comfy house & a vibrant community.

Ever pictured yourself living in a chic-but-not-boring district of Brussels? Louise 88 is perfectly located next to the Châtelain, Matonge, and Flagey neighborhoods, three of the most sought-after areas in the city! Walk 5 minutes south, and you'll find yourself at Rue du Bailli where they have the best sushi in town (hello, Makisu!) and the coolest independent boutiques. 

Walk 5 minutes east and you'll be at Fernand Cocq with all its restaurants and cool nightlife. Walk a bit further and you'll find the beautiful Ixelles ponds and lively place Flagey. Or just stay in and enjoy the amazing Louise 88 house, with its marble fireplace, ceiling moldings, and cozy bedrooms.

Louise 88

Cohabs Louise 88 is located in the Louise area, next to well-known Place Stephanie and Place Chatelain. With 16 rooms, this 600-sqm house would be perfect for any young professional looking for very well-designed accommodation & a tight-knit community.

So, you like the **idea** of *coliving*, but you’re not sure if it’ll work for you, even as a couple? This is the house for you.

We’ve completely rethought our concept with you in mind. Chatelain 50 has some larger bedrooms (up to 50m²) with guest beds and ensuite bathrooms as well as some smaller options. In addition to the usual Cohabs services, living here comes with extras such as room cleaning, and bedsheets changing and cleaning every two weeks.

The house is a little world of its own, with a chic design and beautiful common areas that feature a gym, a coworking space, and even a private bar. There’s also a large garden to enjoy!

The Chatelain district is about as cool as it gets in Brussels, with some of the best bars and restaurants around. You’ll never be bored, and everything you need is right here.

With 19 rooms, including single, and bedrooms for couples, this 1200-sqm-house is the perfect fit between private premium accommodation and being part of a dynamic community.

If you know Brussels, then you know that Place Flagey is the place to be. Our cozy creation, Flagey 29 is right in the heart of Ixelles, just off this famous square.

You can spend your day in the coworking space, then grab an ice cream at Capoue. Perfect for a summer stroll around the public pond, or up the road to the la Cambre Abbey. Whenever we create a new living space, we always keep at least a hint of what was there before. With Luxembourg 43, we’ve outdone ourselves. Work by a local artist illuminates the breakfast room and its hanging garden, and the mirrored gallery has been created from what we found at the house. We’ve added some new things to the house too! The naturally lit coworking space overlooks the large garden (perfect zoom background) or you can hibernate in the cinema room and then work off the popcorn in the gym.

Getting to work is easy, as the buses, trams, and metro are just a couple of minutes away. And, the house gets its name from Place du Luxembourg, a short walk from your front door! Meet your housemates for summer beers (or a barbecue) after work in the garden, or explore some of the coolest bars and restaurants in Brussels, just a stone’s throw away! Considered one of our liveliest house, Cohabs La Cambre 122 is located in Ixelles, right next to Bois de la Cambre. With 8 rooms, this 350-sqm house is the perfect match for any young professional looking for a comfy house & a vibrant community.

If you like to make an entrance, you’ll love Louise 54's grand staircase. We absolutely love this neighborhood, with Louise 86 and Louise 88 just 90m away, and we know you’ll love it too! You can work outside in the garden, or on the terrace next to the co-working area (try not to be distracted by the awesome view). 

For those that need to get to work, it’s very well connected; just a few minutes walk from bus and tram stops. With a cinema room, a games room, a gym, and a bar in the house,  there’s almost no need to go out... but when you do, you’re surrounded by hip bars and restaurants where you can enjoy some of the best food and drink Brussels has to offer.
