Welcome to Parvis 24, with 2 units and 17-rooms. A home that will be where you build your thriving life in Brussels. It features a ton of brick throughout the home to retain some of the existing features and give it a natural look. A unique aspect of this house is that the common areas are split between two floors. On the ground floor, there is a small courtyard and the living room/coworking room and on the first floor, the kitchen and the dining room which are spacious, bright, and perfect for making memories.

This house is located in one of the liveliest parts of Brussels. You'll be living right by the Parvis de St Gilles, AKA "le Parvis" with all its bars, restaurants, and neighborhood life. Every morning a public market takes over the Parvis, so all you have to do is step outside for some quick groceries or a snack.

Cohabs Parvis 24 is located in Saint-Gilles, near the famous Parvis de Saint-Gilles and other Cohabs houses. With 2 units and 17 rooms, this 554 sqm house is a great fit for any young professional looking for a tight-knit community in a spacious, beautiful home.

This is Parvis 108. It’s a bag full of artistic gems, from a ski-pole-chandelier to the ornate mosaic ceiling, to the portholes that connect the hall and the kitchen, not to mention the bespoke sofas. This just might be the coolest place you’ve ever lived.

The house boasts a games room with table football (foosball), a huge kitchen/dining room that looks onto the outside terrace, a gym, and a cinema room.

If you’re working from home, you’ll struggle not to stare at the ceiling (seriously, look at it!) so you might need to go to the office (via the metro stop just seconds away at Hôtel de Monnaies).

The beating heart of Saint-Gilles is right next door on the Parvis, where you’ll find the market and some of the best bars in Brussels, as well as proper Belgian Frites (fries) for the end of your night out! The house is fully wheelchair accessible too, so everyone can enjoy this artistic marvel.

Considered one of our most spacious homes. Cohabs Parvis 108 is located between the very trendy district of Ixelles and the famous Parvis de Saint-Gilles. With 18 rooms, this 1050-sqm house is the perfect fit for any young professional looking for a tight-knit community. 

This house is nested in Saint-Gilles, one of the busiest neighborhoods of Brussels, and only 2 minutes away from the subway, bus, and tram stations. You'll be anywhere in Brussels in no time. You'll also be at a one-minute walk from the well-known Parvis de Saint Gilles and all its bars, restaurants, and cafés. We personally love the famous, recently renovated Café Flora! If you want to live in the trendiest area of Brussels, this is definitely the best place.

You will have many unique and trendy places right at your doorstep, such as La Bottega Della Pizza and Makisu, respectively famous across Brussels for their pizzas al Forno and amazing sushi. You will be living 10 minutes away from the Parvis de Saint Gilles and all its bars, restaurants, and cafés. We personally love the famous, recently renovated Café Flora! You will also have the chance to access public transportation services very easily.

Considered one of our friendliest houses, Cohabs Horta is located in Saint-Gilles, next to the chic Avenue Louise and the vibrant Chatelain neighborhood. With a beautiful terrace and great exposure, the house itself is a landmark! However, in case you wanna go outside eventually, the surroundings are bustling with restaurants, bars, and cafés. 

You'll be living 10 minutes away from the Parvis de St-Gilles, with all its activities and nightlife. Finally, you'll be a few tram stops away from Ixelles and Etterbeek, two of the most attractive districts of Brussels!

The iconic Café Maison du Peuple is right across the square, and the newly renovated Café Flora will be your neighbor.

Located just next to the Parvis de Saint Gilles, this house boasts beautiful guilted painted ceilings and some fantastic repurposed lighting and furniture. Two living rooms, a dining room, and a handful of coworking spaces mean you’ll have plenty of options for those long zoom meetings, but you can also escape to the cinema room or the gym!
This labyrinth of rooms and common spaces sits in a fantastic part of the city. With the tram stop right on your doorstep, all the excitement of the Parvis, and Brussels Midi station (Eurostar, TGV, and airport train) is just a short walk or tram ride away!

Barriere 64 proves that simple does not mean boring. The house features beautiful details and an especially warm glow during golden hour. In the terrace downstairs, there’s a cozy little yard perfect for enjoying the sun or hosting a barbecue. Everything you need is at hand, whether you want a chill, relaxing day or one filled with a bit more adventure. 

If you’re looking for a calm place to live, but still close enough to the excitement of downtown, Barriere 64 is perfect. Located just moments away from the Parc du Forrest, there are tram and bus stations just down the street. Indie galleries and art nouveau buildings are super close, and on Sundays, head to Midi Market where you can find anything from vintage pieces to tropical spices!

Barriere 64

Cohabs Barriere 64 is located in Saint-Gilles, right next to the Parvis de Saint-Gilles. With 13 rooms, this 430 sqm house is the perfect fit for any young professional looking for a tight-knit community and a ton of fun.

This house was a real challenge to work with, it just wants to show off its character. So, we let it!

The result is a house with really fun spaces whilst feeling bright and uplifting. The exposed brick and vaulted ceilings mean that it sometimes feels like a loft, sometimes like a palace! It’s well equipped, with a gym and cinema room, and a huge garden for the summer evenings. There’s also space for everyone to sit down for dinner, and even a co-working space (pajamas on, camera off).

Parvis 20 is just a few steps from the famous square, one of the most popular places to spend a night out in Brussels. You can catch the metro just 5 minutes away, and there are buses and trams within easy reach too. Brussels’ 14th Century city gate still stands nearby, and now hosts an art gallery.

Parvis 20

Cohabs Parvis 20 is located between the very trendy district of Ixelles and the famous Parvis de Saint-Gilles. With 14 rooms, this 350-sqm-house is the perfect fit for any young professional looking for a tight-knit community.

For those of you who haven't seen it yet, this house was built with environmentally friendly materials, such as clay, grass, wood, cellulose wadding, and ecological paint. This house is a testament to our efforts in shaping a better tomorrow.

Choosing more sustainable materials also impacts how the house looks. Because the walls are painted with eco-friendly paint, the available colors were more limited.

Consequently, we experimented with more "subdued" hues and colors that created a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The house feels spacious because of its high ceilings, while the pastel colors create a soft and cozy atmosphere.

Another sustainable material we used was Creatina for the showers. Natural VOC-free plaster, made from clay and sedimentary rocks, Creatina is non-toxic. Because of its microporous and breathable compositions, it is considered a renewable and recyclable material.

Located in a calm area of Saint-Gilles, Ma Campagne 232 is perfect for those looking for a place to call home while helping out the environment.
