Why book with us?

- **Minimum length of stay**: We encourage all our Members to stay for at least 6 months.
- **Switch rooms or houses**: possible whenever it's available.
- **Security deposit**: equivalent to 1-month rent, required before moving in.
- **Notice period**: Notice to terminate the lease can be given at any time, with no less than two months' notice after the end of the rental period. The rental period runs from the 1st day of each month.
- **Insurance**: covers damages to the house except for loss & theft.
