- The minimal length of the contract is 6 months with no time limit.
- You can request to our Community to switch rooms or houses, depending on availability.
- We ask for a deposit equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.
- There is a  2-month notice if you have to leave us earlier than expected (included in the 6 months minimum lease).
- Our insurance covers damages on the house except loss & theft.
