- **Switch rooms or houses**: possible whenever it's available.
- **Security deposit**: equivalent to 1-month rent, required before moving in.
- **Notice period**: 2 month notice if you have to leave us earlier than expected (included in the 6 months minimum lease).
- **Insurance**: covers damages to the house except for loss & theft.
