After being bit by the travel bug several years ago, Tiziana finally decided to settle down in Madrid! She loves the vibrant city and helping people find their home away from home.

Who's talking about Cohabs?

- **Minimum length of stay**: 6 months with no time limit.
- **Switch rooms or houses**: possible whenever it's available.
- **Security deposit**: we ask for a €1100 deposit before moving in.
- **Notice period**: 3-month notice if you have to leave us earlier than expected (included in the 6 months minimum lease).
- **Insurance**: covers damages to the house except for loss & theft.

- Before booking, chat with our team to know you better and ensure we find you the best fit.
- 100% refund 15 days after the signature of your lease.
- We ask for an application fee of €100.
- All the utilities are included in your rent, there are literally no extra charges to your monthly rent.

- The minimum length of the contract is 6 months with no time limit.
- You can switch rooms or houses from the Cohabs network whenever you want.
- We ask for a €1100 deposit before moving in.
- There is a 2-month notice if you have to leave us earlier than expected (included in the 6-month minimum lease).
- We will charge you a one-time fee of €60 taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures.
- Our insurance covers damages to the house except for loss & theft.
