Madrid

Life in Latina comes with a little more room to breathe. From the residential streets of Aluche and Lucero to the historic Puerta del Ángel and the vast greenery of Casa de Campo, the district brings together different sides of Madrid without losing its neighbourhood feel. With metro connections including Line 6 and links to Madrid Río, getting around the city is easy while still having plenty of space to slow down.

Enjoy a greener pace of Madrid, with spacious surroundings, neighbourhood charm, and the city always within reach.

Coliving in Latina

From the green expanses of Casa de Campo to the riverside walks of Madrid Río, Latina brings a breath of fresh air to city life. It’s Madrid with room to breathe.

Latina

Rio 21 is a 26-room shared home in Puerta del Ángel, bringing together the easygoing feel of a residential neighbourhood and the buzz of Madrid just minutes away. With two studios and spaces made for working, unwinding and getting together, it’s a place where settling in comes naturally.

The shared spaces give you plenty of reasons to stick around. There’s a 45 m² gym for proper workouts, a bright coworking space tucked beneath a large skylight, and an indoor cinema for easy movie nights. Up on the rooftop, the views stretch across the city, with an outdoor cinema making summer evenings a little more memorable.

The house also has a story to tell. Built during Madrid’s 1960s development era, its rationalist character has been preserved through the original façade, staircase, windows and exposed brick. Corten steel, blue details and soft, organic forms bring a contemporary interpretation of the nearby Manzanares River.

Beyond the house, the neighbourhood has its own rhythm to discover:

- Follow Madrid Río for sunny walks and bike rides towards the centre.
- Explore Casa de Campo, its lake and the green spaces around it.
- Stay local with traditional tapas, cafés and the flavours of Tirso de Molina Market.

***As the house is still under development, please note that these are not photos of the actual house but similar Cohabs spaces that match the same criteria.***
