Spread across three floors, this 19-person community brings Cohabs' signature coliving energy to the heart of Marseille in the 1st Arrondissement for the very first time. Whether you're gathering for a movie night in the dedicated cinema room downstairs, or crossing paths with neighbours on the sun-drenched large garden, there's always something alive in this house. The building is thoughtfully laid out to balance togetherness and privacy and introduces a brand-new product to the Marseille area with the Cohabs twist: a studio apartment that gives you complete freedom to shape your rhythm.

Rue Guy Fabre puts you in the beating heart of Marseille. This neighbourhood blends old Marseillais character with a growing wave of artists, makers, and new arrivals who are quietly reshaping it. The streets carry the scent of pan bagnat and sea air in equal measure. A short walk brings you to the famous Vieux-Port, and a restaurant scene that punches well above its weight. 

Getting around Marseille from here is effortless. Place Leverrier, just a 2-minute walk away, gives you direct access to buses 7, 49, 72, 81 and more. Five minutes on foot brings you to the Longchamp tram stop on T2, running from early morning until past midnight. And a 7-minute stroll gets you to Cinq Avenues-Longchamp on metro M1, which shoots you straight to the Vieux-Port and the city centre in minutes.
