Porta Romana is known for its unique mix of historic charm and contemporary lifestyle: elegant streets, Liberty-style buildings, and a lively yet authentic atmosphere. It’s a neighborhood loved for its local feel, where traditional trattorias meet trendy brunch spots, wine bars, and independent boutiques. From morning coffee to evening aperitivo, everything happens just around the corner.

With 41 rooms, Porta Romana 20 is one of our largest houses in Milan, designed to create a dynamic and diverse international community. The house is composed of two units, offering both scale and a sense of intimacy, with two fully equipped kitchens ideal for shared meals and everyday life.

You’ll enjoy spacious and thoughtfully designed common areas, including a large gym and a dedicated cinema room for movie nights and relaxing moments. The house also features a beautiful garden and a large terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days or gathering with other members. Two laundry rooms ensure comfort and convenience for everyone, and air conditioning is available throughout the entire house.

Exceptionally well connected, the house is located in a truly central area of Milan. You can easily reach San Babila and the Duomo — the very heart of the city — in just a short walk, while metro, tram, and bus connections are all nearby, making the location ideal for both students and young professionals who want to experience Milan at its fullest while still enjoying a more residential and relaxed atmosphere.

- **Notice period**: 2 month notice if you have to leave us earlier than expected (included in the 4-year lease contract).
