Discover Maison M, our newest Cohabs house in Washington, DC, located in Mount Vernon Square, in the heart of downtown DC. It’s a very central and vibrant area with many restaurants, cafés, and plenty of places to go out.

The house is just a few blocks from the Convention Center, which brings a lot of energy to the neighborhood. It’s a lively and well-connected area with a mix of modern buildings, historic streets, and a strong food scene. You’ll find everything from casual cafés to some of DC’s best restaurants just a few minutes away, plus grocery stores, gyms, and everyday essentials nearby.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Mount Vernon Square–7th St/Convention Center station (Green and Yellow lines), so it’s easy to move around the city and even go directly to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. You are also very close to Blagden Alley, a hidden gem in DC with great restaurants and cafés, and to Capital One Arena, where you can enjoy concerts, games, and major events.

The house mixes historic character with modern updates. There are exposed brick details that bring warmth and personality, combined with a clean and contemporary design.

The common areas are large and designed for sharing. There are open spaces to hang out, a cosy living room with a TV, and a big kitchen that really becomes the heart of the house. It’s a space where it’s easy to connect with others while still feeling at home.
