1. Eligibility
This contest is open to individuals aged 18 or over. You must reside in a country where participation is not prohibited by local laws. Employees of Cohabs and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Prize
The winner will receive a one to two-week stay in one of Cohabs' properties located in one of the following cities: Brussels, Paris, London, Washington DC, New York, Marseille, Luxembourg, Madrid, or Milan.
The prize includes travel expenses for a round-trip to the selected city, covered up to a maximum amount of $300.
3. Prize Conditions
The stay is subject to availability and must be used within 12 months of the prize announcement.
Certain blackout dates may apply. The winner must book the stay at least 30 days in advance of the desired travel dates. The prize is for accommodation only.
Additional costs, such as meals, or other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Visa and Travel Arrangements
It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary visas and travel documents for their destination city.
Before entering, please ensure that you can travel to the selected city without restrictions or obstacles (e.g., visa requirements, COVID-19 travel restrictions).
5. Non-Transferability
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other prizes.
The winner may not assign the prize to another person, and the prize must be used by the winner.
6. Publicity
By entering the contest, the winner agrees that Cohabs may use their name, likeness, image, and/or testimonial for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The winner’s consent to use their image and testimonial may be revoked, but only in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction governing this contest. (here we would need to have a specific consent thick-in box)
7. Insurance
The winner is strongly encouraged to take out travel insurance that covers any potential risks associated with their stay, including, but not limited to, trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Cohabs is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the winner's travel or stay at the property.
The winner acknowledges that they participate in the contest and use the prize at their own risk, and agrees to hold Cohabs harmless from any liability in relation to their stay.
8. General Terms
Contest Modifications: Cohabs reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, and will notify participants of any changes via official communication channels.
Liability: Cohabs is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may affect the contest entry or selection process, or for any damages or losses incurred by the winner while participating in the contest or claiming the prize.
Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Brussels (Belgium).
