- We ask for a 1300€ deposit before moving in.

This house is located in the European district, right by all the EU institutions. Close by, the Merode subway station will take you to any corner of the city. Wanna escape the city frenzy? The Cinquantenaire Park is the perfect spot for a nice walk or a laid-back picnic. And for the foodies and socialites out there, it's also close to a lot of great restaurants and Place du Luxembourg! Whether it's an event, after-work drinks, or an exhibition, you'll find there's always something happening here.

Cohabs Cinquantenaire is located in Schaerbeek, next to the well-known Parc du Cinquantenaire and close to the European District. With 12 rooms, this 400-sqm house is the perfect fit for any dynamic young professional looking for a tight-knit community and fun memories
