Whether you’re staying for six months or over a year, you can rent a room in our houses thanks to flexible and quick contracts. It’s also possible to extend the contract once it’s been signed. Everything is managed online.
Living in a Cohabs house isn’t just about moving into a shared flat; it’s about becoming part of a community of over 200 active members in Madrid, who can get together every month for events, dinners, sports activities, parties and much more.
Our package is all-inclusive (cleaning of communal areas, maintenance, services, Wi-Fi and delivery of essential items) and, what’s more, it meets the eligibility criteria for housing benefit.

All our rooms are fully furnished and include a double bed, a wardrobe with storage space and a desk with a chair.
Depending on the property, rooms may have a shower and washbasin, or even a balcony.
